In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Items that are backordered, with the customer's approval, are shipped in no more than 4 weeks. Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately as each piece becomes ready — we do not hold a full order to ship together unless requested.

Yes — swatches are available for $5 each so you can see and feel the fabric before ordering. Swatches are final sale and not eligible for return.

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 15 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, clean, and in its original packaging. Items that have been laundered cannot be returned.

Yes. Please contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without an RA number clearly marked on the package will be refused.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once received, and are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection is complete.

No. Swatches, fabric by the yard, and all SALE items are final sale and not eligible for return.
