Shipping policy

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Custom and made-to-order drapery, bedding, and pillows generally ship within 4–6 weeks, depending on the product — estimated timing will be noted at checkout or confirmed by our team.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately as each piece becomes ready — we don't hold a full order to ship together unless requested.
